Whether it’s your first time booking with us or you’re an existing customer using our website for the first time, please take some time to familiarise yourself with some of the questions we are frequently asked. Still unsure about something? We offer round the clock support via WhatsApp
How do I sign up?
Signing up is easy, simply head over to our Registration Page.
Here you will need to verify your identity, this helps us keep our studios a safe space for both creatives & our staff.
Simply fill out the form provided including your name, email, mobile number & a copy of your photo ID. Please ensure that all your information is correct & up to date as we will need this to contact you regarding your bookings.
Can I pay on site?
All bookings must be created online, we do not have the facilities to accept payments on site.
Can I book with an engineer?
We have compiled a list of engineers who frequently work in our studios & are available for you to book privately.

All of our engineers are private contractors & separate from A-Bridge Studios.
Can I smoke in the studios?
No, any form of smoking & vaping is strictly prohibited.
Any customer in breach of this may be subject to a fine & will have their accounts terminated.
If you would like to smoke, please go outside away from the premises.
Is there parking on site?
We have a small amount of parking spaces available on a first-come basis.
Cars not parked within the gates of our carpark may be subject to tickets.
